How to View Douyin Form Data?

This document describes how to view form submission records for the Douyin channel in the backend.

Steps​

  1. Enter Douyin Channel Configuration Go to the Settings > Channels > Douyin page.

  2. Select Target Form Click on the form you want to view data for from the list.

  3. Switch to Data View Click the "Submission Data" button on the page.

    Click submission data

  4. Refresh and View Click the "Refresh" button to synchronize the latest data; the list below will display the detailed form submission records.
