All versions of MsgBox support connecting to WeCom, including:
- Trial
- Basic
- Professional
- Enterprise
2. WeCom Qualification Requirements
To ensure full functionality (such as external contact capacity and message archiving), we strongly recommend completing the following:
- Business Identity Verification: We recommend completing the Official WeCom Verification.
- Account Status: Ensure the account has completed the Official Annual Review on time and is in a normal, active state.
- Compliant Operation: Please strictly follow the WeCom Compliance Guidelines to avoid interface bans caused by violations.
The Importance of Verification
If you have not completed the official WeCom verification, your account will face severe limits on the number of external contacts and will be unable to use certain advanced customer acquisition features. For specific requirements, please refer to the Official WeCom Qualification Instructions.
