What are MsgBox Channels?

In MsgBox, a "Channel" is the gateway through which you establish contact with your customers. By connecting channels from different platforms, you can centrally manage communications and leads from across the web.

MsgBox channels are mainly divided into two categories:

  1. Chat Interaction Channels: Support two-way real-time communication and can be combined with AI Agents for automated customer service.
  2. Form Integration Channels: Specifically used to collect customer lead information from major advertising platforms (such as Baidu, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu).

Channel Usage and Configuration

You can connect channels from different platforms or create multiple channels on the same platform based on your business needs.

  • Basic Quota: Different subscription plans include different numbers of basic channels. View Plan Details
  • Flexible Expansion: If the basic quota is insufficient, you can purchase additional add-ons as needed at any time. How to add channel usage?
