1. Default Basic Fields​

The system pre-sets the following core fields to store basic communication and source information for contacts:

  • Identity Information: First Name, Last Name.
  • Contact Methods: Email, Phone Number.
  • Business Background: Company Name.
  • Source Attributes: Channel Source (The channel through which the contact first reached out, such as WhatsApp, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
About HubSpot ID

If your system is connected to HubSpot and synchronization is active, a HubSpot ID will be automatically generated in the contact details as a unique identifier for cross-platform data matching.

2. Extensions and Custom Fields​

Beyond the basic information mentioned above, MsgBox offers high flexibility:
