What is Required to Connect Xiaohongshu?
By integrating Xiaohongshu with MsgBox, you can capture leads generated from JuGuang platform landing pages in real-time and achieve unified management of multi-channel leads.
1. Applicable Versions
All versions of MsgBox support Xiaohongshu channel connections, including:
- Trial
- Starter
- Professional
- Enterprise
2. Core Prerequisites
Before using MsgBox to collect Xiaohongshu leads, please ensure your account meets the following requirements:
- Professional Account Verification: Your Xiaohongshu account must be a verified "Professional Account".
- Enable JuGuang Platform: You must have access to the official Xiaohongshu marketing platform—JuGuang Platform.
- Enable Landing Page Feature: Ensure your JuGuang platform account has the permissions to edit and publish landing pages.
- Compliant Operation: The account must be in good standing, and you must ensure that the Official Annual Review has been completed on time. If the annual review expires, API push functionality may be disabled.
3. Resource Limit Description
- Form Quantity: MsgBox limits the total number of forms you can create based on your subscription plan.

Permission Note
Authorization typically requires Administrator permissions for the JuGuang platform. Additionally, Xiaohongshu lead synchronization is primarily achieved through API Push. Please ensure that when creating landing pages on the JuGuang platform, you are able to configure external API links.
