Which Regions Support SMS Functionality?
MsgBox supports sending SMS broadcasts to multiple countries and regions worldwide. However, the specific sending range depends on the Business Entity Location used during your registration and Real-Name Verification (KYC).
1. Sending Range Description
According to telecommunications regulatory policies, the SMS sending permissions for different business entities are as follows:
- Mainland China Registered Entities: Only support sending SMS broadcasts to mobile numbers in Mainland China (+86).
- Singapore and Overseas Registered Entities: Support international SMS broadcasts to most major countries and regions globally (covering 200+ countries/regions).
2. Core Compliance Requirements
Review Mechanism
To ensure delivery success rates and comply with various national anti-spam policies, all SMS content must be submitted to the system backend for review before official transmission.
- Review Duration: Typically completed within 1–2 hours during business hours.
- Template Standards: SMS messages must include a compliant signature (e.g., [MsgBox]) and unsubscribe instructions.
3. Pricing and Consumption
The SMS service is not included in the basic subscription plan. Instead, it is billed by consuming system Credits.
- Pay-as-you-go: The unit price of an SMS (number of Credits consumed) varies by country and region. Please refer to the SMS Pricing Details for specifics.
- Balance Management: If your Credits are insufficient, please go to Settings > Billing > Add Usage to top up.
